About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring local Medical Excellence operations comply with all processes, the Code of Business Conduct, ethics, regulatory requirements, and local laws.
* Contribute proactively to and implement global strategies in close cross-functional collaboration, supporting best-in-class medical infield team excellence.
* Develop processes, tools, and materials to drive Medical Excellence.
* Lead digital transformation projects (e.g., multi- and omnichannel communication, expertise building for the medical infield team).
* Monitor current market trends and derive actionable recommendations.
* Oversee internal medical communication initiatives together with Corporate Communication, BTS, CEX, and Marketing teams.
* Initiate initiatives to enhance excellence of field medical teams in collaboration with CEX, BTS, and medical training managers.
* Identify and pursue external project opportunities beyond the pharmaceutical industry.
* Partner with subject matter experts across all therapeutic areas to support scientific communication priorities.
* Advising Affiliate Medical Affairs on medical communication topics.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and strategic abilities, and a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Experience in project management, scientific/medical communication projects, and infield teamwork or matrix organizations would be beneficial.
