About the role Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow in a stable, long-term role within a dynamic consulting environment? We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes and is motivated to take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks that support our daily project work. Your day to day: Coordinate and manage incoming customer orders and assign them internally to the appropriate team members Ensure that all project-related data and documentation are processed correctly and kept up to date Support the month-end closing and invoicing process, working closely with the Consulting and Finance teams Help track project timelines and monitor delivery progress, keeping stakeholders informed Ensure efficient communication and handoffs between Sales, Customer Support, and the Consulting team Contribute to improving internal administrative and coordination processes for smooth cross-functional workflows What you need to excel in this role: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role, ideally within a consulting, professional services, or corporate environment Strong attention to detail – especially when handling contracts, order data, and invoicing Experience supporting or working alongside project teams (e.g., in time tracking, planning, or reporting) Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or JIRA is a plus Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Strong self-organization, communication, and coordination skills A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support others to ensure team success Why us?
