Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders (consulting & sales) to deliver measurable contributions to company goals. Develop and manage strategy, operation and financial performance for clients. Foster long‑term customer loyalty and ensure a seamless customer journey in coordination with other business units. Represent the company in steering committees with managerial responsibility and oversee project execution. Act as the trusted contact for senior management and C‑level representatives of customers. Manage project risks proactively by identifying, analyzing and mitigating them. Use data analysis and KPI reports to assess economic performance and drive strategic development. Qualifications Several years of experience leading SAP projects, combined with solid project‑management skills and experience selling SAP solutions & managed services. Deep knowledge of the SAP portfolio. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer focus. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, a structured approach and decisive action even under pressure. Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Excellent German and English language proficiency in spoken and written form.
