The Company AveThera GmbH is an innovative biopharmaceutical company specializes in the development biotechnologically produced pharmaceuticals, with a focus on biosimilars. With two development and GMP compliant manufacturing sites for biopharmaceutical products located in Henningsdorf and Braunschweig, we are seeking a candidate to join our Process Development team in the manufacturing department at our Braunschweig location as soon as possible. BTA Process Development (USP/DSP) (m/f/d) Preparation, execution, and evaluation of process development work for biomolecules (e.g., proteins, antibodies), including cell culture cultivation and/or downstream processing (e.g., chromatography, ultrafiltration) Assisting with the scaling up of upstream and/or downstream processes to production scale, as well as practical implementation in accordance with internal SOPs and GMP guidelines Sampling, as well as performing and evaluating analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, ELISA, SDS-PAGE) Operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory and production equipment (e.g., bioreactors, chromatography systems) GMP-compliant documentation of all work performed (e.g., batch records, logbooks) Assisting in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and manufacturing instructions You have successfully completed training as a biological laboratory technician, biological-technical assistant, CTA, or MTA (m/f/d), or you hold a comparable qualification Experience in cell culture technology and fermentation processes (mammalian cells) and/or experience in downstream processes for biopharmaceutical products Experience in a GMP-regulated environment would be advantageous Strong technical understanding A meticulous and focused work style Ability to work well in a team, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in German and English A dynamic, international environment where you can quickly take on significant responsibilities, contribute your experience and knowledge, and bring your ideas to life Diverse challenges and exciting projects with a strong team spirit Excellent Benefits Flexible Working Times Optimal induction and training opportunities as well as individual development options Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes and flexibility
