We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Partner Network Head, EMEA to lead and scale our manufacturing partner ecosystem specifically within the EMEA market (Mainland Europe, UK, Turkey). This role is critical to strengthening and expanding our supply base in EMEA, ensuring partner success, and enabling the fulfillment of customer orders for both local and global demand. You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to create and run a resilient, high-performing network. As part of the International Partner Network leadership team, you drive improvements much beyond EMEA, especially in collaboration with our network leaders in China and India
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Growth (EMEA Market)
* Leadstrategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India
* Developand execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding
* Establishefficient onboarding and training programs to ensure EMEA partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform.
Partner Success & Performance Management
* Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness
* Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners
* Collaboratewith Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps and enhance service delivery
Fulfillment & Network Optimization
* Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs, lead times, and quality.
* Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition and strategic capacity planning among Indian manufacturers.
* Work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales to support order routin and fulfillment.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
* Serve as the "voice of the EMEA partner" internally, providing insights that support local partner health and growth
Qualifications
* 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B/e-commerce marketplace leadership.
* Proven track record of building and scaling (supply) networks specifically within the B2B/B2C ecommerce landscape.
* Experience with supplier development programs and performance management systems.
* Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies (CNC, Injection Molding, etc.) and sourcing dynamics.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
* Communication: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages (Western & Eastern European, Turkish) is a plus.
* Travel: Willingness to travel within EMEA (25%)Preferred Experience:
* Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
* Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies.
* Operational experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
