Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Expected graduation year July 2025 – June 2027 (penultimate year students). Excellent verbal and written communication; confidence to take initiative and manage projects. Logical thinking and quantitative skills; strong attention to detail and numeracy. Flexibility, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure. Studies in Business Administration, Finance or similar preferred; all disciplines welcome. Strong knowledge in corporate finance and Excel (financial modelling). Previous experience in M&A, private equity or management consulting a plus; affinity to real estate a plus.
