Sentronics Metrology GmbH was recently acquired by Nova and is a leading company in the field of high-precision measurement solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. As Head of Sales & Service (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company), you will play a key role in driving our global commercial success across existing and new markets. You will lead the Sales & Service strategy of the Sentronics Business Unit, ensuring business growth, flawless execution of Nova’s strategic objectives, and excellent customer satisfaction worldwide. In this senior leadership role, you will shape the commercial direction of the company and unlock the next phase of sustainable growth. Role Responsibilities: Leading and developing the global Sales & Service strategy for the Sentronics Business Unit - with the goal to drive sales growth, increase market share, boost profitability and strengthen our value proposition Building and maintaining long-term relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide – with a strong focus on Asia (Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan) Identifying and developing new business opportunities, market trends and customer requirements to continuously expand and adapt our modular product portfolio Leading and motivating a highly skilled team across Business Development, Sales Operations and Service to achieve ambitious targets and deliver operational excellence Collaborating and aligning closely with R&D and Product Marketing to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions that deliver measurable competitive advantages Driving and empowering the international sales teams in a matrix organization to ensure consistent execution, customer focus and market penetration Pool Position Flag: No Strong technical background with a degree in Engineering or a related technical field; an MBA is an advantage High-level experience with at least 8–10 years in Sales, Marketing or Business Development of equipment or metrology solutions - including a minimum of 5 years in a management role Proven leadership excellence with a strong track record of building, leading and scaling high-performing sales teams while achieving ambitious sales and profit targets Extensive change management experience gained within multicultural and matrix-driven organizations Strategic and forward-thinking mindset, paired with a customer-centric, results-oriented and highly structured approach Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills across all levels of international customer and sales organizations High willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis Deep industry insight into the semiconductor sector, including market trends and the competitive landscape - a strong advantage
