Your area of work
Within Global Key Account Management (GKAM), the Operational Efficiency (O.E.) function is responsible for the governance, maintenance and continuous improvement of manual and digital customer onboarding and change management processes across DBAG markets and CCPs.
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support the team in driving process optimisation, automation and data driven transparency. The role offers hands on exposure to end to end operational processes, close collaboration with key stakeholders, and practical experience with modern digital tools, including Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI and AI supported solutions.#
Your responsibilities:
1. You will support the analysis, documentation and optimisation of GKAM and Operational Efficiency processes, with a focus on customer onboarding and change management
2. You will assist in identifying automation and digitalisation opportunities within manual and semi manual processes
3. You will contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of low code automations using Microsoft Power Automate
4. You will support the development of Power BI dashboards and reports to increase transparency on process performance, KPIs and operational volumes
5. You will assist with data preparation, validation and analysis for operational reporting and decision making
6. You will support AI supported use cases (e.g. classification, data structuring, efficiency improvements) where applicable
7. You will prepare process documentation, presentations and management summaries
8. You will collaborate closely with GKAM, Operational Efficiency, IT and other internal stakeholders
Your profile:
9. You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable field
10. You have strong affinity for automation, process optimisation and digitalisation
11. You have first experience or a strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and/or Power BI (hands on experience is a plus)
12. You are interested in AI and data driven solutions in an operational environment
13. Additionally, you have an analytical, structured and solution oriented mindset
14. You are proactive, reliable and keen to learn in a complex operational environment
15. You show very good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
16. You are fluent in English; German is an advantage
