Lead group accounting, ifrs reporting & finance transformation (d/f/m)

Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics , contribut ing to high-quality financial reporting and ensur ing timely resolution of open issues across teams . You will drive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing , capital-market-oriented environment with the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup . What your new challenge will look like Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality and timely delivery and taking ownership of defined areas Develop and maintain group accounting policies, e nsure their consistent application , and p r epare IFRS adjustments , contribut ing to the development of scalable IFRS reporting processes an d policies Prepare and coordinate selected parts of the consolidated IFRS financial statements and act as key contact for auditors.
