Job Summary Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are field-based professionals with strong clinical or scientific backgrounds and excellent communication skills. They represent the Medical Affairs organization to the medical/scientific community. Essential Functions Of The Job (Key Responsibilities) Represent the company and lead medical & scientific exchanges within the respective community. Develop and lead engagement plans with Key External Experts and investigators, maintaining long-term relationships. Discuss scientific data on Incyte products with stakeholders such as hematologists and oncologists. Coordinate with the KAM-team for medical information activities. Handle unsolicited information requests related to company products and pipeline. Facilitate company-sponsored and investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs). Update medical/clinical teams with insights from interactions with External Experts and investigators. Provide medical/scientific leadership and expertise internally and externally. Conduct internal trainings on relevant topics. Identify and nominate speakers for the Incyte Speakers' Bureau, updating them on new data. Lead and support advisory board, round table, and investigator meetings. Ensure compliance with SOPs and legal/regulatory requirements. Share best practices with fellow MSLs and embody Incyte's values. Qualifications Fluency in German and proficiency in English. Advanced clinical/scientific degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD). Experience in hematology and/or oncology preferred. Previous MSL or similar medical experience required. Field experience is a plus. Flexibility, diplomacy, and ability to manage expectations. Problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills. Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays. Note: The listed duties are not exhaustive and may be modified by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
