As a Compliance Analyst you will play a key role within our Compliance Team in Augsburg.
* You will assist in the development, updating, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
* You will conduct regular compliance reviews and tests to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* You will also prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
* Additionally, you will support the AML team in conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes.
* You will support other departments regarding external KYC-related requests.
* You will participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
* Researching regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the company's compliance programs is part of your responsibilities.
* You will assist in reviewing marketing materials.
* Your role is rounded off by providing general support to the compliance team on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* You have a completed degree in law or economics or a comparable qualification.
* You have initial professional experience in the field of Compliance & AML at a regulated company, ideally at a capital management company or a financial services institution.
* You have knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (especially KAGB, WpHG, GWG, MaComp).
* Your working style is characterized by independent, proactive, and reliable actions.
* Thanks to your strong communication skills in German and English, you enjoy working with international colleagues.
