Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and follow up the country’s financial strategy and goals, aligned with the overall vision and mission of the Group;
2. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
3. Monitor and report on the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics;
4. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives;
5. Ensure compliance with all financial laws, regulations, and standards, and maintain internal controls and policies;
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, auditors, and regulators
We are looking for a candidate who has:
8. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field;
9. Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry or organization
10. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and auditing
11. Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices
12. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
13. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
