We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a leading medical technology company in Munich. This role plays a key part in supporting customers, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring efficient order and service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners
- Prepare quotations and manage customer orders from receipt to completion
- Create and monitor service orders, ensuring timely follow-up
- Process invoices, credit notes, and warranty claims
- Support sales administration, invoicing, and receivables management
- Coordinate import/export activities and prepare relevant documentation
- Assist with trade show administration and sales team travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate customer records within the ERP system

Requirements
- Commercial or business administration background
- Experience with import/export processes and customer service operations
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP experience is advantageous
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (B2 level minimum)
- Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
