Job Description Set up and maintain testing frameworks, including smoke testing and conversion rate optimization (CVR) Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs, including statistical analysis of test results Translate product requirements into measurable KPIs and actionable insights Analyze and optimize user behavior and conversion drivers across UX, messaging, and decision-making Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to identify high-impact improvements Create dashboards and reports, and document and communicate results to stakeholders Develop and own the experimentation roadmap across the customer journey, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive a data-driven culture
