Main Task:
1. Overseeing after-sales service by analyzing and addressing customer complaints to provide effective solutions
2. Supervising and ensuring that planning and targets are met as scheduled
3. Ensuring all supervised work units comply with established procedures
4. Resolving issues related to unit repairs for customers and coordinating with relevant parties
5. Supervising, advising, and guiding subordinates to meet procedural and quality standards
6. Coordinating and monitoring warranty costs to ensure performance aligns with company targets
7. Making decisions on customer complaints and managing thar resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery
8. Providing necessary equipment and measuring toots to support after-sales service activities
9. Analyzing customer complaints to enhance internal processes and advising customers accordingly
10. Designing and updating systems and procedures within work units to Improve performance effectiveness
11. Evaluating subordinate performance to ensure they meet competency requirements and identifying areas for improvement
Qualifications:
12. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
13. Min. 5 (five) years’ experience in related function
14. Have good knowledge in refrigeration system / HVAC system
15. Highly good communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency
16. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
