The IT Service Portfolio Manager is responsible for aligning and evolving the IT service portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and efficiency in delivering IT services across the organization. This role focuses on managing and structuring the portfolio to reflect business priorities, information security aspects, and support informed decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
* Strategic responsibility for aligning and developing the IT service portfolio and its operability
* Ensuring transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services
* Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Several years of experience in IT service management, application lifecycle management, or portfolio management
* University degree in business informatics or a comparable field
* Practical experience in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
