Were looking for German-speaking Technical Support Advisors who are passionate about helping customers and solving problems.
What youll do
* Support customers via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues
* Provide professional, friendly customer service
* Take ownership of cases until full resolution
* Escalate complex issues when needed
* Ensure high customer satisfaction
What were looking for
* Proficient or bilingual German (C1/C2)
* Advanced English (B2+)
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Solution-oriented mindset
* Comfortable working on-site
What we offer
* Full-time permanent contract (39h/week)
* Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00) – weekends free!
* Salary: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus/year
