Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and client services support to our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and organizing customer information systems databases
* Following up on missing documents and obtaining necessary data
* Scanning, archiving, and filing KYC documentation
* Assisting relationship managers with client meetings and follow-ups
* Providing administrative support to clients and other departments
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, be flexible and autonomous, and demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in English is required.

Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Pursuing university studies in economics, finance, or equivalent
* Strong customer service orientation and outstanding communication skills
* Good understanding of current regulatory requirements (FATCA, CRS, AML…)
Language proficiency in English is essential.
