Huawei Store Manager - Chinese Speaker role at Huawei. Berlin, Germany.
Main Responsibilities
* Retail Insight Capability: Monitor retail trends and developments in the electronics/3C industry, analyze consumer behavior changes in business districts and cities, and formulate store strategies by studying competitors, communities, and business models.
* Store Operation Result: Responsible for store operation result, customer-centric, improve service quality and customer experience consistently, develop brand influence on business area, improve sales performance, achieve certain goals.
* Store Operation Management: Responsible for store operation management structure build up and fully execution. Identify and review process absence and deficiency. Coordinate with HQ resources (including IT) to fulfill reasonable optimization. Act as experimental hub to try on and promote new ideas.
* Store Activity Management: Responsible for store commercial activity planning and execution. Ensure commercial activity quality and execution. Ensure brand communication value.
* Store Team Management: Based on store operation to plan personnel investment, responsible for people recruitment and talent development, participate to build and practice assessment and evaluation system, effectively identify talent, realize timely incentives, continuously to nurture talents for global self-operating HFS system.
* Store Brand Image Management: Implement Huawei's high-end marketing philosophy, improve the influence of Huawei's self-operated HFS system in consumers' minds.
* Store Risk Management: Ensure store property, store cash, store staff and customer safety.
* Store Promotion Business Activity Management: e.g., product pricing strategy, promotion activity design, etc.
Key Business Actions
* Service and Goods Flow Management: Implement the high standards of Huawei brand, lead the team to provide the best service experience. Analyze the local business environment, brand marketing strategy and store status, specify inventory plans, ensure goods circulation and operation throughout their life cycle.
* Operation optimization and promotion: Develop mid- and long-term store development plans based on operation status and local resources. Implement standardization processes, liaise with HQ resources, and continuously optimize and promote full operation system.
* Activity Management: Participate in HQ marketing activity planning, implement in-store marketing effectively, allocate manpower and materials as needed, provide excellent activity experience.
* Discover Huawei: Conduct basic and advanced consumer education courses developed by HQ, carry out course objectives, and propose improvements based on practice.
* Personnel management: Build self-operated training system, optimize personnel development plans/evaluation/incentives, nurture and export talents for global self-operating HFS retail stores.
* Brand communication: Understand local market environment, optimize store environment and service experience from the consumer perspective to improve brand communication and influence in specific business areas.
Requirements
* Turnover Management Capability: Gain insights into the business environment and market dynamics, propose and implement suggestions on store activities.
* Store Management Capability: Standardized operation, optimize service experience, maintain store image, identify issues in a timely manner, control mall results.
* Offering and Inventory Management Capability: Understand the full range of commodities, adjust and control inventory, ensure reasonable turnover, reduce field losses with local measures.
* Team Management Capability: Allocate work effectively, integrate team capabilities, improve store operations, communicate well, identify and cultivate talent.
* Capacity to Develop Long-Term Strategic Plans: Analyze based on business environment and store, position development vision, formulate long-term plans.
* Build Process System Capabilities: Improve operation processes, identify gaps, establish new standards.
* Insist on Innovation and Transformation: Review store experience, promote operation innovation and reform, build a superb service experience.
* Cross-Department Communication and Collaboration: Maintain good relationships with HQ departments, promote progress of business modules, improve store image, operation process and service experience.
* Experience in managing direct-sale retail of well-known brands; experience in store construction or project transformation and innovation; strong business awareness and sensitivity to retail dynamics.
