Senior Manager Field Marketing – Growth Markets
(DACH, Eastern Europe, Benelux)

An international technology leader is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Senior Manager to drive strategic, sales-aligned go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across key European growth markets including DACH, Eastern Europe, and the Benelux region.
This is a pivotal, high-visibility role where you’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders to align marketing strategy with revenue objectives. You’ll lead a talented Field Marketing team, shaping country-specific GTM plans and orchestrating campaigns that deliver measurable impact across customers, partners, and vertical markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the GTM strategy for your region, ensuring full alignment between marketing priorities and sales goals.
* Partner with regional sales leadership on joint business plans to drive pipeline growth and accelerate opportunities.
* Lead country-relevant marketing initiatives across key accounts, verticals, and channel partners to deliver tangible business outcomes.
* Develop and execute customer-centric marketing programs, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns and executive engagement initiatives.
* Manage and develop a team of Field Marketers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
* Oversee marketing budgets and ensure activities are ROI-driven, data-led, and strategically impactful.
About You
* Proven success in creating and executing strategic and operational marketing plans in partnership with sales.
* Strong background in B2B marketing and GTM execution—experience in Field, Channel, or Vertical Marketing is highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional and international teams.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and excellent organizational and budget management capabilities.
* Fluent in English and German; proficiency in another European language is an advantage.
* Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 8+ years of B2B marketing experience and 3+ years of people management.
