Role Overview:
As part of our continuous growth in our business, we are looking for two Customer Service Representatives with English skills to join our back-office team either in Poland, Finland or Germany. As a Customer Service Representative you will be in daily contact with our sales representatives and their customers.
Your responsibilities include:
* Active support for sales representatives and customers
* Ensuring complete management of orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to customers, including management in internal systems - SAP and others
* Monitoring the overall progress of orders from entry to invoicing
* Regular communication with customers and sales representatives
* Completing tasks assigned by direct supervisors
* Communication and collaboration across departments
* Teamwork with other Customer Service Representatives where needed
Requirements:
* Communicative personality with a positive attitude
* Responsibility and thoroughness, proactive in handling unexpected situations
* Team player able to work in a cross cultural team
* Good MS Office skills and preferably first experience and skills in SAP
* Fluent English skills
* Relevant work experience in customer service is seen as an advantage
* Flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment
* Willingness to develop
