Salary: €54,000 + 10% Bonus + €100 Travel Allowance

Our Finance & Controlling team is responsible for accounting, invoicing, financial reporting, and planning across our hotels. Now, we’re looking for a Finance & Controlling Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the finance contact for up to three hotels, supporting hotel managers.
* Oversee coordination with external service providers (e.g., accounting, tax, IT systems).
* Handle accounting tasks, including cash register processes and account reconciliations.
* Manage invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable, and payments .
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning .
* Prepare financial reports for management and investors.
* Lead finance process improvements and coordinate projects with internal and external teams.
What You Bring
* A background in hospitality finance —you understand how hotels operate.
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field OR relevant hotel-specific training.
* Experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within the hotel industry .
* Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset .
* Excellent knowledge of financial systems, accounting, and reporting tools .
* Proficiency in Excel and digital finance solutions .
* Fluent in German and English (German is a hard requirement).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently .
* A strong sense of loyalty and confidentiality .
