Job Description:
In line with our focus on international expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Sales B2B for Bavaria to spearhead and internalize our sales operations within the region. This role is essential for developing deep B2B relationships and establishing a robust market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a robust client portfolio, enhancing customer relationships through regular sales tours and commercial showcases.
* Organize and conduct showrooms, provide training and sales assistance to distributors.
* Maintain continuous communication with our sales and back-office teams to streamline operations.
* Execute commercial strategies tailored to the Bavarian market, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the wholesale, fashion, or luggage industry.
* Proven ability to prospect via phone, lead on-site sales initiatives, and organize showrooms.
* Deep understanding of the Bavarian market; fluency in German and English is essential.
Compensation: €55,000 OTE
