This is how you’ll win us over
12. Education:
13. Outstanding academic background (Master’s/Ph. D./MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience), specializing in cyber security, computer science, data science or a related field
14. Experience & skills:
15. 1-2 years of experience in at least one domain of cyber security is a must, and consulting background is a benefit
16. Experience with common IT security tools and processes
17. Knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization or containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMWare, Docker, etc.)
18. Understanding of relevant standards, legislation or frameworks (e.g., BSI baseline protection, EU GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) is a plus
19. Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CySA+, CASP+, CompTIA, OSCP) or knowledge of IEC 62443 is helpful
20. Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach
21. Exposure to international environments during your professional journey, studies, or internships
22. Ways of working: High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach
23. Languages: Fluent in English (min. C1), German is a plus
