As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be an integral part of our Cybersecurity Team in Product Management, which focuses on protecting and securing our products and technologies as well as their applications. Ensuring and providing transparent and regular information for all stakeholders to address their technical requirements in the field of cybersecurity clearly and understandably and to promote a sound understanding of the fundamental principles of cybersecurity

development-related creation and continuous updating of information documents, including production instructions, operating manuals and data sheets, for the qualification and certification of products

Checklists and templates for standardizing development processes

consideration of product- and document-relevant legal and normative aspects

terminology work in collaboration with this department

Development of guides and examples of application to ensure compliance of machines and systems with cybersecurity standards

participation in the development of security strategies to continuously improve the protection measures of our products

close cooperation with all relevant departments to ensure that cybersecurity information is effectively shared and implemented

conception and creation of comprehensive training materials tailored to the specific needs of internal departments

Requirements

completed study in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification
">
creativity and precision in creating specialist texts
">
knowledge of relevant norms and laws in the field of cybersecurity is an advantage

experience with our automation software TwinCAT is desirable
">
high affinity for technical topics and complex relationships combined with the ability to present technical content in a target group-oriented and understandable way in text and image
">
good understanding of terminologies with secure sense for a clear text structure and precise formulations

high reliability and high quality claim

very good German knowledge (at least C2 level or native speaker) and good English knowledge (at least B1 level)
