After a proactive onboarding into the team’s “Organizational Change” topics, with the support of a team buddy, you will:
Support in designing and implementing change management measures across our product development board area
Actively contribute to transformation projects in collaboration with experienced colleagues from a global team (including on the topic of Artificial Intelligence)
Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
Support with change activities (e.g., workshop coordination and facilitation support)
Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
English fluent in both written and spoken form, German preferred
Hands on experience with AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) Analytics skills using AI highly preferable: for data analysis such as survey results, KPI measurements, etc.
~ Initial experience in change management or organizational development is an advantage
~ Experience or a previous internship in the consulting industry is an advantage
