Role
As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world‑class protocols.
Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (aka supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs
Review clinician audits and reports prepared by our team—you simply review and sign off on your own time (we do all the heavy‑lifting)
Conduct periodic case reviews through Zoom sessions; cadence is based on local and state laws but could be as little as 30 minutes per clinic per quarter (our clinical leadership handles the day‑to‑day questions)
Provide mentorship and feedback to clinicians as needed
If needed, elevate issues to Mindbloom’s Clinical Director
Sound Like You?
Licensure: Board‑certified psychiatrist in good standing
Highly collaborative: You approach collaboration as a true partnership—engaging with clinicians as colleagues and working with leadership to elevate client outcomes
Remote‑able: You excel in telehealth—attending scheduled monthly/quarterly meetings on time and staying responsive between touchpoints
