Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle
* You will support the HR Business Partners and HR Specialists in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)
* Your creativity is needed to create hand-out and information material; your knowledge and use of AI is appreciated
* You support our recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling)
* Your engagement is needed in creating as well as updating forms and templates for our document library
* Your tasks also include the preparation of workshop materials and presentations for the department
Anforderungen an die Qualifikation
* You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
* You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization, and harmonization of HR processes
* You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
* You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in using CoPilot and SAP SuccessFactors
* You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
