About the Client:
At our Halle/Westphalia plant, the client produces medicinal products for treating various cancers and other life-threatening diseases. Their Quality Oversight (QO) team is the central point of contact for all questions related to aseptic working methods and regulatory requirements. They aim to identify, eliminate, and prevent risks to the aseptic process through regular process observations (Gembawalks) and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure correct execution of aseptic production steps.
* Observe, document, and evaluate aseptic behavior of production employees.
* Instruct immediate corrections and escalate process deviations.
* Ensure accurate and timely batch documentation.
* Check and maintain proper cleanroom status.
* Conduct cleanroom studies.
* Collaborate on continuous improvement of aseptic processes and cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
* Completed MINT studies (Bachelor) or vocational training in the technical/pharmaceutical field (e.G., pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, PTA/BTA/CTA).
* Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
