Responsibilities:
* Solid knowledge of relevant laws and articles
* Managing client portfolios with corporate company law and fund regulation
* Preparing standard governance services documentation
* Updating registers and taking part in transactional corporate secretarial tasks
* Tracking and checking documents
* Organizing board/shareholders meetings and drafting related documentation
* Liaising with banks, administrations, notary, and ministry of foreign affairs
* Reviewing junior officer documentation and controlling follow-up actions
Requirements:
* Academic degree in law
* Minimum 3 years experience in a trust company in Luxembourg
* Fluent English language skills
* Diligent and well-organized
* Good communication and proactive skills
* Team-oriented
