YOUR JOB
10. Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department and Sales Managers
11. Manage and maintain accurate pricing, rates, and conditions across all systems, properties, markets, and sales channels, identifying and correcting any related errors in data, availability, or contracts.
12. Prepare and maintain sales documentation, and internal files
13. Provide accurate sales data, reports, and information to internal stakeholders
14. Assist customers and sales partners with pricing, booking-related questions, and basic inquiries
15. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer or partner issues efficiently
16. contribute to improving back-office processes
YOUR PROFILE
17. 2 years of experience in sales support, back-office, commercial operations, or similar roles
18. Experience handling pricing, data entry, or customer support is an advantage
19. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
20. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
21. Clear and professional communication skills
22. Prior experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) is a plus
23. Fluent in English
24. Additional languages are a plus
