We are looking for a Tread Compound Development Engineer to expand our R&D team in Hannover.
Responsibility
* Development and introduction of competitive Compounds for summer, winter and all-season tires for the European market
* Support for compound related series production- and quality issues
* Project work in the context of chemical compound development
* Support of Linglong's sustainability approach
Qualification
* Academic Degree in natural science, engineering or a field directly related to the position
* 10+ years of experience in Compound design
* Experienced in dealing and communicating with suppliers
* Familiar with the tire production process
* Experienced in making tire quality analysis
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Open-minded, team player, strong communication skills
