What You Will Do
* Develop validation test plans in accordance with OEM specifications
* Develop detailed test procedures and instructions based on customer product specifications
* Design and implement internal testing methods, fixtures, and setups to meet product and customer requirements
* Execute Design Validation (DV) and Product Validation (PV) activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestone results
* Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support validation testing needs
* Provide regular updates on validation activities to internal stakeholders and external customers
* Maintain and manage databases for validation activities, including test tracking, results documentation, and SharePoint Management
* Review and evaluate test reports from internal and external laboratories.
* Prepare validation reports and present test results to customers.
* Identify and document failures, conduct troubleshooting, and support root-cause analysis of mechanical and electrical issues
* Analyze test results with respect to material properties, geometry, and test conditions
* Evaluate mechanical load impacts on antenna components across various test scenarios
* Support the integration of new technologies into the validation lab environment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
* Initial experience in mechanical or electrical testing and validation is a strong advantage.
* Solid understanding of mechanical principles, including component behavior under static, impact, fatigue, and thermal loads
* Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience with environmental testing and familiarity with EMC/ESD testing
* Knowledge of CAD (NX, Catia, and/or SolidWorks) and advanced computer skills would be beneficial.
* Background in the automotive industry is advantageous
* Knowledge in RF antenna systems is a plus.
* Experience with Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation tools is a plus
