End-to-end design of data and AI initiatives in an international corporation
High visibility up to the management level; Close collaboration with specialist departments, IT and Data & Analytics
Independent management of data and AI projects from scoping through business case and roadmap to rollout and operation.
Stakeholder management at the senior level: moderation, decision-making templates, storylining & presentations
Translating business goals into viable, data-driven solutions (ML & GenAI): Use case selection, MVP plan, success measurement (KPIs/OKRs)
Management of internal and external teams (consultants, data scientists, engineers); supplier/partner management
Governance & Risk: Data protection/compliance, data & model quality, security, change & rollout management
Scheduling, budget and risk tracking including steering committees and management reporting
3–6 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or corporate transformation with demonstrable project management experience.
~ Successful delivery of analytics/AI projects (ML or GenAI)
~ Strong project management skills, proficient in agile and traditional methods
~ Executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, clear storylining, workshop facilitation
~ Solid understanding of the data/ML lifecycle, KPI design & monitoring at management level
~ Practical experience with Microsoft Data & AI (Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot) or comparable platforms
~ fluent German, very good English.
