Key responsibilities:
* Insights into all HR processes of an international corporation
* Support in local and international HR projects
* Support in the development and implementation of strategic HR topics
* Administrative support of the local HR department
* Independent organization of employee trainings
* Creation of presentations, analysis of data as well as their preparation according to requirements
* Other tasks can also arise according to your interests and preferences
What your background should look like:
* Current studies in the field of business administration, human resources management, business psychology, business education or social sciences
* First practical experience through internships or working student activities is advantageous
* Good MS Office skills
* Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Good analytical skills and a high level of comprehension
