Role Overview A strategic and result-driven Sourcing Manager will lead procurement activities across indirect spend categories with a focus on Facility Management and Professional Services. The manager will support other categories such as HR and Marketing, develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure best‑in‑class procurement practices that align with our organizational goals. Fluency in both English and German is essential. Responsibilities Develop and implement global sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories. Lead strategic sourcing projects, including market analysis, RFI/RFP processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive commercial improvements while maintaining service quality and compliance. Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders across regions, aligning procurement goals with their needs. Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and risk management practices worldwide. Monitor market trends, innovations, and regulatory developments and support proactive sourcing decisions. Contribute to global procurement transformation initiatives, including digitalization and sustainability projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in indirect procurement. More than five years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience. Proven track record managing global and regional sourcing projects. Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Proficiency with procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba or similar). Solid understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk mitigation in a procurement context.
