DACH Secure Connectivity Marketing Operations Manager (d/m/f)Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Product & Operational Marketing Manager in Ottobrunn, Germany to support the Space Digital Secure Connectivity Marketing department.Job DescriptionThe Secure Connectivity Product & Operational Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of intelligence products, services and solutions from a marketing mix perspective in the connectivity domain. The role covers the entire product value‑chain, from new ideas to strategy, promotion and digital marketing, working closely with the Customer Engagement Marketing team, Product Managers and other stakeholders.Main missionsProduct Marketing activitiesSupport the development of product strategy, including external and internal analysis, and collaborate with portfolio and programme teams.Define the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and drive the execution of deliverables across portfolio, sales, programmes, marketing and technical teams.Create and maintain sales enablement tools such as presentations, data sheets, use cases, demos, email campaigns and web content.Manage promotional marketing campaigns and coordinate with operational marketing managers and events teams.Conduct training sessions for sales and programmes to ensure product awareness.Represent products at conferences, tradeshows, webinars and customer visits.Support sales campaigns through presentations, documentation, proposals and demonstrations.Operational Marketing activitiesDevelop marketing materials for SatCom services and Ground Systems (visual identity, templates, presentations, roll‑ups, goodies).Provide training on improving presentations.Support major event organization and share best practices.Develop marketing campaigns to promote specific activities or offers.Your profileMaster’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.3‑5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications (incl. digital communication).Experience in Connectivity / Satcom business a plus.Strong strategic analysis and innovation skills.Proven success in developing and implementing impactful omni‑channel campaigns.Budget management and ROI tracking experience.Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, organization and communication skills.Fluent in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish) a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Possibility of security clearance.Willingness to undertake business trips.BenefitsAttractive salary and special payments.30 days paid vacation plus additional days for special occasions.Excellent upskilling opportunities and international career prospects.Employer‑funded pension, employee stock options, discounted car leasing, insurance benefits, public transport subsidies.On‑site facilities: kindergarten, medical officer, canteen, cafeteria, gym.Flexible working arrangements: job sharing, part‑time models, flexible hours, individual timeout.Diverse environment with over 140 nationalities.Other informationAirbus is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion.
