Leadership: Lead and develop the MS&T department cultivating a culture of scientific and operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation Technology Transfers: Manage the implementation of new products and technologies, oversee technology transfers, and take ownership of transfer plans and reports Process Optimization: Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes with an emphasis on quality, robustness and costs cGMP Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements Innovation: Introduce and implement cutting-edge technologies and methods to elevate our manufacturing capabilities Analysis & Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analyses with your team and develop sustainable solutions for deviations and changes. Technical Expertise: Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC), process development, HA inspections and validation. Extensive experience in developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes in a cGMP-regulated biotech or clinical production environment.
