Secondment - Sr. Associate (m/f/d) CET Germany 12 Months What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Contribute to moderately complex projects by managing your time effectively and developing short-term work plans. Use your judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed. Ensure flawless delivery of commercial services across local business units. Coordinate quality delivery of services in areas like Field Force deployment, data management, and commercial optimization, aligning with global strategy and local requirements. Support strategic project delivery and management, including business growth initiatives and third-party collaborations. Oversee team cost centers, manage budget submissions, and coordinate with finance for tracking, reporting, and quarterly close processes. Organizing and aligning onboarding activities in close collaboration with the Marketing team. Coordinating appointments with Marketing, trainers, and within the L&D team Taking minutes during L&D team meetings and supporting the coordination of workshops Maintaining and analyzing the training dashboard to derive actionable insights Conducting internal and external trend research in the field of Learning & Development Supporting the creation of training materials and managing all necessary steps up to GCMA approval.
