Our client, a leading company in the engineering industry, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist. Your Responsibilities: You coordinate the full employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to exit and retirement processes You support managers in matters such as workforce planning, employee development, conflict resolution, and organizational adjustments You liaise with management and the works council to ensure HR actions comply with German law, existing company agreements, and internal communication standards You ensure that HR policies and processes from the headquarters are implemented locally, including training programs, budget planning, and HR reporting You contribute to employer branding efforts by organizing and executing projects and events that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer You help drive internal transformation initiatives and create measures to boost employee engagement and performance Your Profile: You have completed vocational training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR You have ideally gained 2–3 years of experience in a similar position Talent acquisition and employee support are tasks you enjoy You are communicative, proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable You’re confident using MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word You speak German fluently and have a good command of English You have already worked with HR systems such as SAP
