Responsibilities: Provide medical expertise for air ambulance missions and assist in the repatriation of patients. Advise and collaborate with our aviation team on the medical requirements and safety of patients during flights. Coordinate and organize medical operations in both the air ambulance and private sectors on a global scale. Support and consult with clients independently, offering professional guidance throughout the process. Take responsibility for overseeing mission planning, from concept through to realization. Build and expand partnerships within the healthcare and aviation sectors. Requirements: Medical degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice medicine. Previous experience in the medical field, either in clinical settings or related to patient transportation or aviation. Familiarity with aviation protocols or air ambulance services is beneficial, though not required. Strong ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stakes situations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and convincing advice. Team-oriented with a sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple projects. Fluency in both written and spoken English (French or other languages are a plus). High motivation and attention to detail.
