About this Position What you´ll do Actively participate in the innovation processes, new product designs and coordinate running projects Scout trends in textures, fragrances, packaging etc. to fuel our innovation pipeline Develop new product concepts, packaging ideas and steer creative content creation (e.g. social media and e-commerce) Conduct strategic market analysis, staying a step ahead in the industry Monitor competitors’ activities, keeping us at the forefront of market trends and deliver brand reviews and results presentations Update and administer standard reporting (e.g. market share report) Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks (because even the coolest innovations need some behind-the-scenes coordination) What makes you a good fit Student in business administration/marketing, with at least a few successfully finished semesters Previous internships or a semester abroad experience is a plus Passion for brand management Fluent English language skills, German or other languages are advantageous Competent handling of MS Office applications Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills A team-player who brings independence and ownership to the table Self-motivated with a dash of creativity and an open-minded vibe Availability as of February 2026, ideally for 6 months Some perks of joining Henkel Diverse national and international growth opportunities Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
