About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing analytical insights and optimizing supply chain processes.
* Ensuring close interaction with category teams and management to deliver valuable data insights into decision-making processes for strategic, tactical, and operative supply chain processes
* Combining business and supply chain knowledge with analytical skills to optimize sourcing results and gain insights from processes
* Establishing new interactive dashboards and reports covering aspects of defining data sources, transformation, modeling, analytics, and visualization (SAP and non-SAP)
* Scaling the application and utilization of smart analytics in supply chain processes
* Applying deep analytics to go beyond existing KPIs to identify process inefficiencies and spend intelligence insights, derive improvements measures
* Driving process transparency initiatives and developing best practices (incl. IT tools) to support performance monitoring, steering, and transparency across categories

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in business administration, supply chain, technology, or equivalent professional qualification
* Over 3 years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence analytics, including usage of respective methods (e.g., clustering, mapping & visualization) and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SAC, and Celonis)
* Comprehensive understanding about strategic, tactical, and operative supply chain processes and tools (incl. SAP MM & SAP Business Warehouse)
* Highly developed analytical, a structured work style with a pragmatic hands-on approach
* Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the same and higher hierarchical level
* Fluent in English and German
