Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)

As a member of the International Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for processing orders from our global business partners. Your role will also involve enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, which will contribute to our growth and success in the international market.
Main Tasks
1. Processing incoming license orders
2. Packaging and shipping license dongles
3. Communication with our logistics partner
4. Sending informational materials (., installation instructions)
5. Maintaining and managing customer and product data in our customer portal
6. Providing written and telephone support to customers regarding orders, licenses, etc.
7. Managing inventory (copy protection dongles, packaging materials,
8. Supporting the sales team
9. Collaborating with the sales, finance, and office/secretariat departments
The personal requirements
10. Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
11. Initial experience in inside sales
12. 3+ years of relevant (comparable working experience)
13. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
14. Very high service and customer orientation
15. Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style, with quick comprehension
16. Strong teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and communication skills
17. Professional manners, a likable and friendly demeanor
18. Good German language skills in both written and spoken (B2 or better)
19. Good English language skills in both written and spoken (B2 or better - used daily).
