Your Role
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions
* Educate customers on product updates and best practices
* Manage support tickets and documentation
* Collaborate internally on escalations and complex cases
What We're Looking For
* Proficient or bilingual in German
* Advanced level of English
* Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
* Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
* Ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment
