Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator (m/f/d) to take our brand presence and social media channels to the next level. You will own the strategy, content, and community – and be the creative driving force behind our digital footprint.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy across our brand portfolio
* Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (copy, visuals, video) for all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more)
* Conceptualize and manage influencer marketing campaigns – from identifying and selecting the right creators to measuring results
* Drive active community management: responding to comments, DMs, and interactions in a timely and on-brand manner
* Build and maintain editorial calendars and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners
* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance against relevant KPIs
* Coordinate and participate in photo and video productions
Your Profile
* 1–3 years of professional experience in social media management and/or content creation
* Confident command of major social media platforms and a strong sense for current trends
* Hands-on experience in influencer marketing – from identification to partnership management
* Strong creativity and an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and audience engagement
* Structured, self-driven working style with excellent organizational skills
* Familiarity with common tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite)
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* A passion for animals is a plus – but not a requirement
