Our client is a dynamic and innovative FinTech bank, on a mission to create a new dimension in mobile banking. They are currently seeking a (Junior) Product Manager for Lending to join their team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will support the development of modern loan products, work in a data-driven environment, contribute to agile product delivery, and have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving FinTech space.
The tasks include:
1. You develop and are responsible for product and process solutions in the area of loans and collections.
2. You analyze data, KPIs and user behavior and derive concrete product and process decisions from them.
3. You identify optimization potential along the entire customer journey and implement it in a structured manner.
4. You will create technical concepts and user stories and support their implementation in close collaboration with specialist departments, IT, external partners and management.
5. You will be responsible for the entire end-to-end process, from the user interface to the back-office processing procedures.
6. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, bringing together business, data and tech perspectives, and continuously developing products, processes and systems – including the use of AI potential.
Requirements
7. You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on economics or IT economics, business administration, computer science, business informatics)
8. You think in a data-driven, analytical way and approach tasks in a logically structured manner.
9. You have a strong affinity for process optimization, automation, and product development, including the use of AI.
10. Ideally, you have initial professional experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a comparable field.
11. You are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and analytical tools; knowledge of Excel, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
12. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
