Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead Container Closure Systems (all genders). This role demands leadership in the development and life cycle for primary packaging components and collaboration with manufacturing, quality, procurement, development device teams and external partners to ensure successful development commercialization of drug products.
* Deliver technical expertise in the development container closure systems including vials prefilled syringes cartridges by employing cutting-edge methodologies conduct comprehensive analyses evaluations protection safety compatibility performance attributes
* Provide technical leadership primary packaging selection qualification sterile dosage forms specification setting for primary packaging components internal/external tech transfer lifecycle management commercial products
This ideal candidate will possess:
