The ideal candidate will be a native/fluent German speaker, ensuring fluency in both written and spoken communication. While you don’t need to be based in Germany, we’re looking for someone located in a country where we have established a legal entity* and with a similar time zone to facilitate collaboration with our team and customers. Bedford is a remote first company, as well as providing employees with access to shared working spaces (e.g. Wework/Regus) if you wish to work from an office.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will work in our Professional Services team to deliver high quality Anaplan solutions for our customers within the agreed timeframe and budget.You have the ability to take a consultative approach by listening to the client's needs and developing a shared vision for a solution.Maintain relationships with our customers at the appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure key stakeholders are informed of progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of service delivery to our clients. Create long-term relationships that extend beyond our project delivery.You bring experience with different business environments and dealing with customer expectations.Develop and implement the latest Anaplan product enhancements together with our internal knowledge base.
