We are seeking a Retail Transformation Leader to join our Enterprise Transformation practice. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to build and maintain deep relationships with CXO-level clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key C-suite decision-makers within the Retail sector.
* Lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements and cross-functional transformation initiatives, from strategy to execution.
* Advise on IT strategy, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in Management and/or Technology consulting and +5 years of experience in a partner or senior leadership role, with regional or global consulting firms.
* Deep expertise in the Retail sector.
* Strong C-suite network and ability to build credibility with CXO-stakeholders.
* Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting or corporate environment.
